The Modular Operator Plate Carrier (MOPC) is a carrier system that features the use of PAL systems. What this simply means is that any MOLLE compatible attachment out there can work seamlessly well with the Condor MOPC. Hence, the carrier can carry a wide range of gears with no problems.
Unlike a whole lot of other plate carriers, the Condor MOPC is built with comfortable shoulder straps with highly comfortable pads. A lot of plate carrier manufacturers do not often pay attention to the quality of the shoulder straps. Cheaply made padding system can cause shoulder strain and neck pain when such carrier is worn for an extended period of time. However, the Condor MOPC is built with comfortable and fitting straps.
The Condor MOPC is largely covered with the MOLLE webbing system for load retention. The rig is designed with rows of MOLLE webbing system. These rows are covered in Velcro patch which is affixed to the upper and lower part of the rig in order to boost the strength of the rig. You can also attach your patches from flags to morale patch or identification insignia.
The MOPC is built with a tab that holds a hydration tube. However, a close look further beneath it would reveal the integrated map pack designed by the manufacturers with a heavy-duty Velcro layer and hard buttons. This is to ensure that the pouch is kept shut and protected. Sure, you can store maps in this pouch. However, it is also a good place for storing food as well as any other necessary necessities.
Although the Condor MOPC comes with a widely webbed MOLLE surface, it doesn’t come with a pouch. This gives you the opportunity to personalize and customize the plate carrier to suit your specific need and function. It is a simple plate carrier that can be used by beginners and advanced users of rigs.
